Our Rates


Unity can provide affordable, hourly event venue space rentals for private and public events.

We have event spaces available that range in rate from $30 to $100 per hour and in capacity from 8 to 320 people.

Sanctuary (2 Hour Minimum)


An abundance of natural light fills our 72’ x 65’ Community Church Wedding Venue.

This room is a comfortable space for large gatherings and features a vaulted ceiling with natural wood beams, carpeting, air conditioning, 265 padded chairs, and an additional 55 seats in the balcony. A high-quality sound system and digital projector can make it practical as well.

Community Friendship Hall Venue (2 Hour Minimum)


Our newly renovated, air conditioned, Community Friendship Hall is decorated in warm, vibrant colors. The 72’ x 65’ hall will seat up to 120 at 15 round tables.

Our Chapel Venue


 Our chapel venue is an intimate and cozy room with full-length windows that overlook our gardens, 52 movable, padded seats, warm wood paneling and air conditioning. The chapel is 35’ x 22’ and can have its own sound system for smaller celebrations, worship services, meetings or classes.

Full Kitchen (2 Hour Minimum)


A large, fully equipped kitchen provides inviting preparation space for snack, banquet or buffet.  

Includes:

  • Coffee Pots, Microwaves, Refrigerator, Sinks. 
  • Dishes, Utensils, Platters, Pots and Pans.

Partial Kitchen


A large, fully equipped kitchen provides inviting preparation space for snack, banquet or buffet.   

Includes: Coffee Pots, Microwaves, Refrigerator, Sinks.

Meeting Rooms


4 Classrooms, two with comfortable sofas.

Teen Room 1 – 2 Can Be Combined Into A Larger Area.
$30-$45 per hour

Event Venue Add-on Additional Use Fees

Building Host


Building Host is required to assure your rental goes as planned. 

$20 per hour

Sound Techs and Sound System


This includes our in-house Digital Projector to show your slides or movies. Our Drop Screen and our in-house Sound System and Techs.  

$75 per hour

Digital Projector, Screen, Portable Sound System

This includes a Digital Projector to show your slides or movies off your computer.

Screen and Portable sound system. 

$50 one-time fee

CLEANING FEE (One Time Fee)


$100 – $200 depending on size and use of property

RESERVING & PAYMENT


Each of our venues is offered at an hourly rate.  

(Most Require Cleaning Fees & Building Hosts.)

We require payment to confirm. We will hold the venue for up to 7 days and the venue is confirmed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and cash.

To see what is available and start the reservation process, please contact us with your information and preferences. We will respond to your request in the order which it has been received. You can expect a response within two business days.

VENUE POLICIES


You and/or your group are only allowed to use the venue(s) you have reserved.

You and/or your group are responsible for set-up and clean-up. Be sure to calculate adequate time for setup and cleanup within your reservation time.

The venue needs to be cleaned, including carpet sweeping, taking out the trash/recycling, and wiping down the tables. A cleaning fee is also charged to ensure policies and agreements are upheld, and to properly disinfect all surfaces before and after use.

Please leave the venue the same way you found it, including furniture. Rooms may be rearranged but must be returned to the original layout. Furniture MAY NOT be moved in and out of rooms without prior arrangements.

Keep indoor noise levels at all times. There may be other groups using venues nearby.

BUILDING INFORMATION


Venues are available to rent 8am-10:00pm Monday – Saturday and 4:00pm-10:00pm on Sunday.

The main entrance is located at 4525 SE Stark St Portland, OR 97215. 

Keys are not given.

All children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times throughout the entire building and grounds. No running is allowed in the building at any time. Please ask children to walk carefully and use inside voices.

LIABILITY


Unity Church of Portland is not responsible for theft or loss of any property or belongings brought on to the church property (including the parking lot). Users are expected to take reasonable precautions to protect both personal and church property from loss and damage.

Users assume the risks for liability resulting from injury to persons using the facilities during a non-congregational-sponsored event. Users will also reimburse the church for any damage to church property or equipment resulting from the organization’s or individual’s use of the facility. All users are required to sign a BUILDING USE FEES Agreement before the start date of their event.
